Services - New Gas, Electricity & Water connections


The process of a new connection can be complicated and time consuming. We offer an end-to-end managed service when you require a new connection. 

Delivery times for such projects can normally take from between 12 - 16 weeks, with the added risk of the application being declined. However with our team of experienced project managers and extensive network of suppliers, we endeavour to shorten this period considerably and aim to complete within 4 - 8 weeks, with the added assurance that the installation will be carried out without any stress to our clients. Once the project has been accepted into provision of service and all the criteria’s have been met, we would then proceed with the meter installation project. This could be a single or multiple new meter installation(s) for residential or commercial sites.

The Process

Send us your proposed site plans, with estimated usages if possible and we will assign you a project manager. No letter of authority required at this stage. Some site works may require additional information which we will guide you through step by step.

Costs for site works are paid, which we will forward on to the relevant network provider/local authorities and any building contractors.


Our team will advise the client of the proposed availability of dates that can be scheduled for  work to begin. Some site works may require additional time to commence, our team will provide this information if needed and will guide you through, for clarity.


Client will be contacted 3-5 days prior to proposed start date of works. Timescales can vary due to any unforeseen circumstances or additional preparation before work commencement.

Our team generates a quotation and present them to the client. Time scales for quotes can vary depending on size of works. A pricing structure and detailed list of costing and a proposal will be sent to client. All costs will be listed including any additional preparational work required. Your allocated in house project manager will guide you through and clarify any cost listings you may not be sure about or have queries on.

Our team will create the design drawings for the service installation and begin the application process with the relevant networks & local authorities.

Project manager will confirm finalised dates of opening notices and installation of services with Network suppliers and the client.

Installation begins, and your allocated in house project manager will manage the required works to given deadlines and SLAs, this includes, road/pavement excavation, installation of new Gas/Electric/Water services, and meter installation and registration.


Client agrees site work proposals and any queries are discussed with your allocated inhouse project manager.


We will complete application forms for the works and send to our Networks (Distribution Network Operators/Gas Networks Board)

Project manager will generate relevant MPAN/MPRN numbers for site.

Final inspections are carried out and utility meters are installed and live with your desired energy provider.
