The process of utility site works and connections can be complicated and time consuming. We offer an end-to-end managed service when you require a new connection. These can be for Business or Residential addresses. We specialise in properties that have been converted into flats or desired to be converted; in particular where there is a requirement in the future to split such dwellings into separate individual residencies.
The normal delivery times for such projects can take between 12 - 16 weeks. However, with our experience and extensive network of suppliers we endeavour to shorten this period considerably and aim to complete the process within 4 - 8 weeks. Once we have accepted the application for the project and all criteria’s have been met, we would then proceed with the new services & meter installation. This could be single or multiple new meter installations at site.
We use a holistic approach removing all associated obstacle and issues that would arise for the developer, building contractor and landlords and provide a complimentary free site survey, Our process includes submitting design drawings, giving the opening notice to local council for excavation of roads and pavements and providing the installation of new gas, electricity and water services into to the site. The generation of the MPAN / MPRN numbers linking the meters to the project site is also included within our services. All in all we ensure a stress free service, for all our clients metering and utility service needs whilst being fully committed to meeting agreed deadlines.
